Reasonable adjustments are not special treatment.
They can be simple: sharing questions before a meeting, accepting written responses, shortening meetings, offering flexibility around attendance, or asking someone what support would make participation possible.
Small changes can make the difference between someone surviving work and being able to thrive in it.
In this week’s Workplace Wednesday, we are sharing a lived experience of masking, burnout, and Meniere’s disease, and why workplaces need to make room for people before they reach breaking point.
