For neurodivergent individuals across Africa, true inclusion begins when we choose to understand before we judge, listen before we assume, and recognise strengths alongside challenges.
Leadership is not defined by a title. It is demonstrated through everyday actions that make our schools, workplaces, families, and communities more welcoming and inclusive.

How can I make one person feel more understood, valued, and included?
