🌟 Leadership Sunday | Meet the Leader
Leadership Sunday Spotlight: Phidilia
Some leaders build organisations.
Some leaders build people.
The leaders who leave the deepest impact often do both.
This Leadership Sunday, we are celebrating Phidilia, Co-Founder of the African Neurodiversity Movement (ANM), whose passion for community transformation, personal development, and neurodiversity advocacy continues to shape lives across Africa.
Phidilia believes that meaningful change begins with people understanding their purpose, strengthening their mindset, and building daily habits that support the life they want to create.
As a dedicated Life Coach, her mission is simple but powerful:
“My mission is to use my training to create positive change in communities. I thrive on learning and connecting with people who are equally passionate about neurodiversity.”
Through her coaching work, she helps individuals navigate three key areas:
✅ Direction and Purpose: Helping people discover where they are going in life, identify their values, clarify goals, and create a personal vision for the future.
✅ Mindset and Thinking Patterns Supporting people to challenge self-doubt, overcome fear of failure, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
✅ Behaviour and Habit Development: Helping individuals create sustainable routines, improve consistency, build discipline, and align daily actions with long-term goals.
At ANM, we believe leadership is not only about position.
It is about impact.
It is about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
Today, we celebrate Phidilia’s commitment to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and helping people build lives rooted in purpose and possibility.
❤️ Thank you, Phidilia, for helping people stand taller.
